As part of the Tele Sales department, you will connect with potential and existing customers to promote a range of financial products and services, including loans and related offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.**Key Responsibilities**Build, develop, and manage a client portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.**Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.**Present and promote financial products effectively, articulating their features and benefits to prospective customers.**Achieve sales targets by closing leads and converting inquiries into successful sales.**Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.**Maintain accurate and updated sales records, customer information, and performance metrics in the CRM system.**Stay up to date on product offerings, financial trends, and competitor activities to better position the company’s solutions in the market.**Handle customer queries in a professional manner and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.**Requirements**Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage).**Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.**Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.**Good adaptability and willingness to learn new products and sales techniques.**Preferred Skills**Prior experience in Outbound Sales or Call Center operations within the Banking or Non-Banking Financial (NBFC) sector will be an added advantage.**Compensation & Benefits**Net Take Home Salary: ₹21,000/- per month (for freshers)**Mediclaim Coverage: Up to ₹5 Lakhs**How to Apply**Interested candidates can share their resumes via WhatsApp at:-*📞 7838904168**Thanks & Regards,*HR – Tareekat Ali📞 Call: 7838904168*
