Hiring: Telesales / Call Center Executive – Solar

We are looking for confident and customer-focused professionals to join our Solar Operations team in Udhyog Vihar, Gurugram.

The role involves handling inbound & outbound calls, connecting with potential customers, generating and qualifying leads, explaining solar products/services, following up with customers, and coordinating for site visits and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound & outbound customer calls

• Generate and qualify sales leads

• Explain solar products and services to customers

• Follow up with potential and existing customers

• Schedule site visits/service appointments

• Handle customer queries professionally

• Maintain customer details and update CRM records

• Achieve daily productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling/BPO/Call Center/Sales

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer & MS Office knowledge

• Experience with LeadSquared is preferred

• Hindi & English proficiency preferred; regional languages are an advantage

• Graduate in any discipline

📍 Location: Udhyog Vihar, Gurugram

🕙 Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Working Days: 6 Days
