📝 Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our Loan Distributor Firm. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, collecting necessary documents, and coordinating with banks for processing. This position is ideal for someone with good communication skills and an interest in the finance sector.

📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients for personal, business, and home loans
• Explain loan products and services clearly and convincingly
• Gather and verify customer documents as per bank guidelines
• Follow up with clients for pending documents and application status
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan application submission and approval
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the database
• Work towards achieving monthly loan processing and sales targets
