Role Overview

We are looking for confident and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to join our global team. The role involves interacting with international customers, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate assistance, and maintaining a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.

• Communicate with customers professionally in English.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information or assistance.

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.

• Maintain a positive and professional conversation throughout the call.

• Follow the defined call handling process, scripts, and quality standards.

• Accurately record customer information and call details in the system.

• Achieve assigned performance, quality, and productivity targets.

• Follow company policies and client-specific processes.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory

• Good verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Good customer-handling skills.

• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.

• Ability to understand and respond to international customers.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Basic computer and system knowledge.

• Sales knowledge or prior sales experience is an added advantage.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Any degree / educational background.

• Candidates with strong English communication skills are preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Incentives

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Salary based on skills and experience

• Performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000

• Night shift allowance applicable for the night shift.

Shift Options

Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
