Job Overview

We are hiring Telecallers for an upselling process with ICICI Prudential. The role involves contacting existing customers to pre-schedule appointments for insurance-related services and offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Call existing customers to fix appointments for insurance discussions

Clearly communicate product offerings and benefits

Maintain call records and update customer details accurately

Achieve daily and monthly targets

Handle customer queries professionally

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)

Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling / BPO / Call Center (preferred)

Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

Good command over English and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Shift Timing

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Last Sunday of the month is a working day

Salary

₹11,000 – ₹16,000 (Net, depending on experience)
