The Real Estate Tele caller is responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients, promoting real estate properties, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to drive appointments and contribute to sales targets.
Lead Generation & Outbound Calling:
Make proactive outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and generated leads (e.g., from digital campaigns, sign-ups).
Introduce and promote various real estate projects (residential, commercial, plots) by highlighting their features, amenities, and unique selling points.
Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to understand the client's requirements, budget, timeline, and investment intent.
Client Communication & Engagement:
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate, detailed information about properties, pricing, and project details.
Address client queries, concerns, and objections professionally and persuasively.
Schedule and coordinate site visits or meetings for potential buyers with the Real Estate Agents/Sales Executives.
Data Management & Follow-up:
Maintain and update detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, lead status, and progress in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Perform consistent and timely follow-up calls to nurture interested leads and re-engage dormant prospects.
Generate reports on daily/weekly call activity, lead conversion rates, and progress toward targets.
Sales Support:
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project specifics to ensure effective communication.
Excellent Verbal Communication: Clear, engaging, and persuasive communication skills in the required language(s).
Active Listening: Ability to listen carefully to understand client needs and pain points.
Persuasion and Negotiation: Skill in influencing potential clients and handling objections to secure appointments/site visits.
Customer Service Orientation: A professional, patient, and empathetic attitude towards clients.
Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and email.
Proven experience (e.g., 6 months - 2 years) as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or in a similar sales/customer-facing role, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry-specific CRM).
Basic Real Estate Knowledge (terminology, property types, and market dynamics).
A target-oriented and persistent approach to work.
