Salary: 15,000 - 20,000/- Per month or depending upon the interview

Roles & Responsibilities:

Attend inbound and outbound calls related to vehicle service
Book service appointments for customers
Confirm appointments and send reminders
Follow up with customers after service completion
Collect customer feedback and record it in the system
Handle customer complaints politely and ensure proper resolution
Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team
Update customer details in CRM/DMS software
Inform customers about service offers, AMC, and campaigns
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat service visits
Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records
Prepare basic service and feedback reports
