Job Description:

The CRE will be responsible for handling customer communication through calls, ensuring timely follow-ups, service reminders, and collecting customer feedback. The role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting sales and service operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Follow up on sales leads, service due reminders, and inquiries

• Collect customer feedback after sales and service

• Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer requirements

• Update customer details, call status, and remarks in CRM/DMS

• Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required

• Maintain call quality, accuracy, and follow-up timelines

• Support customer retention and repeat business activities

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Punjabi

• Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM/DMS preferred)

• Polite, patient, and service-oriented attitude

Immediate joining preferred.
