About the Role

We are urgently hiring Tele Sales Executives for our healthcare call centre. This is a target-driven sales role involving outbound calling, lead conversion, and handling inbound customer queries. The role is ideal for candidates seeking a fixed salary with high incentives and rapid career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers

• Handle inbound calls, customer queries, and upselling opportunities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Conduct regular follow-ups to close pending leads

• Update customer details, call status, and sales in CRM software

• Ensure customer satisfaction while driving conversions

• Follow company SOPs, call scripts, and quality standards

Required Skills

• Telesales / BPO Sales / Inside Sales

• Outbound sales and lead conversion

• Customer handling and support

• Target-based, incentive-driven mindset

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM software usage

• Strong communication skills in English

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telecalling, BPO, or sales

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, pharma, or diagnostics is a plus

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (graduates preferred)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 per month (performance-based)
