Key Responsibilities
Shipment Coordination: Make outbound calls to drivers, vendors, and warehouse teams to coordinate timely pick-ups and deliveries.
Customer Support: Answer inbound client calls regarding package tracking, delivery delays, and service inquiries.
Data Management: Update tracking statuses, delivery logs, and client details accurately in the company CRM or Excel sheets.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints about missing or damaged cargo and escalate critical issues to the operations manager.
Sales Support (Optional): Follow up on transport inquiries and share freight quotes with potential business clients
