Holybasil Ayurveda Products Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Ayurvedic products, serving 25+ countries and 150+ brands globally. We specialize in private labeling and B2B Ayurvedic solutions, including Shilajit, herbal capsules, cosmetics, and health supplements.
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential business clients, generating leads, explaining product details, and maintaining follow-ups for closures.
Make outbound calls to new and existing clients for B2B sales.
Explain company products and services (Ayurvedic & herbal range).
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Handle inquiries, provide product details, and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and client meetings.
Maintain professional relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp, CRM).
Confident, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive mindset.
Fresher or experienced both can apply.
💰 ₹13,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
