We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Sales Calling Executive who can handle a high volume of calls and support our sales follow-up process. The primary responsibility of this role is calling existing customers and retailers for sales, feedback, and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100+ calls per day.

• Conduct regular sales follow-up calls with customers and retailers.

• Take feedback from retailers regarding products, services, and overall experience.

• Handle payment follow-up calls and coordinate with relevant teams when required.

• Maintain proper call records and update follow-up status.

• Build and maintain good communication with customers and retailers.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of pending conversations.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales Calling, or a similar role.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.

• Basic knowledge of Excel or maintaining call/follow-up records will be an advantage.

• Should be confident, polite, and persistent in follow-ups.
  

Note: There is no fixed sales target for this role. However, the candidate is expected to maintain a minimum calling activity of 100+ calls per day.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
