We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at HDFC SALES. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹16,000 - ₹21,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound & inbound telecalling for loan products
Generate leads and explain loan offerings to customers
Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into business
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain daily call records and reporting
Manage high call volumes (approx. 100 calls/day) efficiently
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
