🚀 Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller – Cloud Sales & Software to join our team at Htwo Cloud. The role involves handling client communication, explaining cloud services, managing leads, and ensuring accurate information delivery. You will play a key role in supporting our sales process and helping businesses move to cloud-based solutions efficiently.

📞 Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers via calls and explain cloud services (Tally, Busy, Marg on Cloud, Dedicated Servers, VPS, etc.)

• Ensure that client data and interactions remain accurate and updated in the system

• Verify customer requirements, resolve queries, and identify opportunities

• Maintain and organize digital records of leads and follow-ups

• Support administrative and sales coordination tasks when required

• Generate reports on leads, conversions, and follow-ups

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data

💡 Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience Range: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions

• Basic computer knowledge
