Telecaller

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller Cum Counselor who can handle inbound and outbound calls, counsel clients regarding company services, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to potential clients

• Explain company services clearly and professionally

• Counsel clients as per their needs and requirements

• Follow up with leads and maintain call records

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets

• Maintain accurate client data and documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

• Provide excellent customer service and support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; Punjabi preferred)

• Good convincing and counseling skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

• Ability to work under targets and pressure

Experience

• Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply

• Experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or customer support preferred
