Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services/products.
Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer databases with new information.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during calls.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Escalate complex issues to the team leader or management when required.
Prepare and submit call logs, reports, and feedback.
Minimum 6–12 months of experience as a Telecaller, Clients Service Executive, or similar role (freshers may also apply depending on requirement).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (add local languages if needed).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a high-volume call environment.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
