Nelvaanaacute Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, explain company services, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries

• Explain company services/products clearly

• Follow up with interested clients regularly

• Maintain call records and daily reports

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets

• Maintain professional behavior on calls

• Coordinate with the team and seniors when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

• Ability to convince and handle customers politely

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Candidate

• Telecalling or sales experience is an advantage

• Freshers are welcome to apply
