Zee Institute of Creative Art is a leading creative education institute offering industry-oriented courses in art, design, and creative fields. We are looking for a friendly, confident, and organized Telecaller Cum Receptionist to be the first point of contact for students and parents.
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to course inquiries and admissions
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, batches, and schedules
Follow up on leads and inquiries and coordinate with the admissions team
Greet students, parents, and visitors at the reception in a professional manner
Maintain visitor records, call logs, and inquiry data
Schedule counseling appointments and manage front-desk activities
Support basic administrative tasks as required
