Job Description – Telecaller (College Admissions)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to support our college admissions drive. The candidate will be responsible for contacting students and parents, explaining available courses, understanding their requirements, generating campus visits, and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding admissions after 10th and 2nd PUC.

- Explain available PU and Degree courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.

- Understand students’ interests and guide them towards suitable courses.

- Generate leads and encourage students and parents to visit the campus for counselling.

- Follow up with interested students and parents until the admission process is completed.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and campus visits.

- Coordinate with the admissions counsellors and team to achieve monthly admission targets.

- Provide professional and courteous responses to enquiries.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th pass; graduates preferred.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication skills in Kannada and English. Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.

- Positive attitude, convincing skills, and willingness to work towards targets.

Work Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru
