Process: Lead Generation / Outbound Telecalling

Job Role & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students and introduce them to Frankfinn courses.

Understand students' interests and requirements.

Encourage interested students to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes.

Follow up with students regarding their counselling session and visit status.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information accurately.

Generate quality leads and support the overall counselling and admissions process.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass with results in hand.

Graduates and Undergraduates can also apply.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of work experience.

Age: 18–34 years.

Gender: Male & Female.

Languages: Fluency in Telugu with basic communication skills in English.

Outbound telecalling or lead-generation experience will be preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Work Schedule

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday

Total: 6 Days Working

Compensation

Salary: ₹ 16,000 - 24,000
Hike on the candidate's current in-hand salary, based on experience and suitability.
