About Company:

First Square Feet Realty is looking for a Profiling Manager / Telesales Telecaller to join its real estate sales team. The role focuses on connecting with property enquiries, understanding customer requirements, qualifying genuine prospects and generating quality site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact fresh property leads received through Meta Ads, WhatsApp, website and other marketing channels.

• Understand customer requirements including budget, preferred location, configuration, carpet area and purchase timeline.

• Qualify leads based on genuine buying intent and affordability.

• Recommend relevant properties according to customer requirements.

• Generate, schedule and confirm qualified site visits.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective property buyers.

• Categorize prospects as Hot, Warm and Cold and prioritize leads accordingly.

• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up activities in Zoho CRM.

• Coordinate with Sales Managers and Closing Managers for qualified and hot leads.

• Ensure every assigned lead has a clear status and defined next follow-up action.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Real Estate Sales or Lead Generation preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong Hindi and English communication; Marathi will be an advantage.

• Strong listening and questioning skills.

• Ability to understand and identify genuine customer requirements.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM software; Zoho CRM experience will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
