Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.

Handle incoming customer calls and resolve basic queries.

Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.

Generate leads and convert potential customers into clients.

Follow up with interested customers to achieve calling and sales targets.

Maintain daily call records and update customer information in the system.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer follow-ups.

Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate information.

Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
