We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at First Fly Services Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹12,000 - ₹20,000. plus Incentives up to 30k
Core Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explaining products/services clearly and persuasively
Generating leads and converting them into sales
Following up with interested prospects regularly
Handling customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally
Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and updating CRM systems
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
