Role Summary:

We are looking for a clear, confident, and professional Telecaller with excellent spoken English skills to join our team. In this role, you will interact with potential and existing clients, handle inquiries, explain product/service offerings, and support sales or customer communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and answer incoming inquiries efficiently.

• Clearly communicate company services and offers.

• Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions or schedule appointments/follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer details in the CRM or daily tracker.

• Build strong customer relationships through polite, friendly, and persuasive communication.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and follow-up goals.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent and clear spoken English is strictly required (knowledge of Hindi or local languages is a plus).

• Education: Minimum 10+2 / High School completion; Graduate in any field preferred.

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales.

• Skills:

  • Strong active listening and persuasive communication skills.

  • Basic computer and MS Excel / CRM knowledge.

  • Polite demeanor with good conflict-resolution and objection-handling skills.

• Work Setup: Open to working in designated shift timings and standard working days.
