Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote ISP services.
Explain internet plans, pricing, offers, and features clearly.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Handle inbound customer queries related to new connections and services.
Follow up with interested customers for closure.
Maintain daily call records and update ERP system.
Coordinate with the field sales/installation team for connection setup.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
