Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective SMEs and businesses to introduce Tally Prime solutions and cloud-based services.
Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule online or on-site demonstrations for the technical sales team.
Renewal Management: Follow up with existing clients for TSS (Tally Software Services) renewals and license upgrades.
Database Management: Maintain and update a clean database of prospects in Excel or CRM, ensuring all call logs are accurate..
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
