We are looking for a proactive and articulate Telecaller to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, setting up meetings, and supporting the client servicing team with communication follow-ups. You will be the agency’s first point of contact, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce agency services (branding, digital marketing, media buying, printing, creatives, etc.).
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
Identify client needs and share relevant service information.
Schedule appointments/meetings for the Business Development or Client Servicing teams.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate call logs, follow-up details, and status reports.
Handle basic inbound queries related to services, pricing, and processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Achieve weekly and monthly call/lead targets.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with prospects to enhance brand reputation.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Telecaller/Telemarketer, preferably in an advertising, marketing, or service-based industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
Ability to understand and pitch creative & marketing services clearly.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
