Job Title: Telecaller / Team Leader Telecaller
Location: Salt lake
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers.

• Explain company services/products clearly to clients.

• Maintain good communication with customers.

• Follow up on leads and generate sales.

• Maintain daily call records and customer data.

• Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Team Leader Responsibilities

• Handle and guide telecaller team members.

• Monitor team performance and call quality.

• Support telecallers in achieving targets.

• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

• Train new telecallers when required.

Education Qualification

• 12th/Any Graduate

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, or English.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and convincing skills.

• Experience in telecalling/sales preferred but freshers can also apply.

Salary

• Telecaller Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

• Team Leader Telecaller Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
