Job Description: Telesales Executive – Real Estate

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, generate qualified leads, coordinate site visits, and support the sales team in converting prospects into buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details.

• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

• Maintain daily lead updates and follow-up status in CRM.

• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

• Follow up with customers post–site visit for feedback and closure

• Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up details, and lead status reports

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to persuade and convert leads.

• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of real estate preferred (not mandatory).

• Knowledge of Multi-Media edits and create video

• Experience: 0–3 years in telesales/customer service; freshers welcome.

• Education: 10 or 12th pass;

Compensation:

• Fixed salary + attractive incentives.

Location: Sector – 82, Vatika City, Gurgoan
