Job Summary

We are hiring a smart and confident female telecaller for our car showroom. The candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills along with basic sales knowledge. The role includes handling customer calls, generating leads, follow-ups, and coordinating with the sales team to increase showroom visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and follow-up calls to customers.

• Explain car models, offers, exchange, and finance options.

• Generate leads and schedule customer visits to the showroom.

• Maintain proper customer data and call records.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and politely.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

• Achieve daily/monthly calling and lead targets.

Requirements

• Female candidate only.

• 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales processes.

• Hindi communication mandatory; basic English preferred.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.
