Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products.

• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

• Convert leads into successful loan applications.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience in tele sales, loan processing, or financial services preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of banking or loan products is an advantage.

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Graduate.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
