We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
Understand customer requirements and explain products/services clearly.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic issues.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.
Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and follow-up targets.
Maintain professional communication and customer confidentiality.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
