Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and result-oriented Telecallers to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining company products and services, following up with potential customers and converting enquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.

2. Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls.

3. Explain Epoxy Master products, services, training programmes and flooring solutions.

4. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

5. Identify potential customers and schedule appointments for the sales team.

6. Maintain daily call records, customer information and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.

7. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

8. Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.

9. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate preferred.

• Good verbal communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.

• Basic English communication skills preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets).

• Confident, polite and convincing telephone communication.

• Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups.

• Fresher candidates with a positive attitude can apply.
