Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team at Vaastu Global. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining services related to Vaastu consultation, and converting leads into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information

• Explain company services (Vaastu consultation & energy solutions) clearly

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for senior consultants

• Maintain call records and update CRM regularly

• Follow up with interested clients to close deals

• Build and maintain good client relationships

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum- Graduate

• Good communication skills in English

• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling tools)

• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

• Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Days & Timings

• 6 Days Working

• Timing: 10 AM TO 6 PM
