We are hiring a confident and result-driven Telecalling Executive to manage real estate leads, handle customer interactions, and generate site visit appointments.

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential buyers — playing a key role in converting inquiries into actual site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls

• Follow up on leads from digital platforms

• Explain project details, pricing & offers

• Convert leads into site visit appointments

• Coordinate with sales team for scheduling

• Handle objections & customer queries

• Daily reporting & follow-ups

• Achieve monthly conversion targets

Requirements

• Excellent communication & convincing skills

• Experience in tele-calling / inside sales

• Real estate experience preferred

• Strong follow-up & closing skills

• Target-oriented mindset
