Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products/services and generate interest
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
Follow up on leads and maintain customer database
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Maintain call records and update CRM systems
Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Working Days & Timings:
• Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (work from office)
• Alternate Saturday (Work from Home)
