Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Telecalling Advisors to promote Muthoot Finance products through outbound and inbound calls. The role focuses on lead conversion, customer engagement, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain financial products
Handle inbound customer queries and convert leads into sales
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer and call records
Follow up with customers to ensure successful closures
Ensure compliance with company policies and calling procedures
Eligibility & Skills
Education: Above 10th standard (mandatory)
Experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage (freshers can apply)
Good communication and persuasion skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
