Immediate Joiner Required.

About the Role: We are looking for a friendly and persuasive Tele caller to join our team. In this

role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary goal will be to make and

receive calls to inform them about our products and services, answer their questions, and

generate leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

● Making Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers from a provided list to introduce our

products or services.

● Receiving Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with

information and assistance.

● Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, solve problems, and ensure a positive

customer experience.

● Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential sales leads.

● Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our

database.

● Meeting Targets: Work to achieve daily and weekly call targets and other key performance

indicators.
