Telecaller – Technician Onboarding & Success (Founding Team)

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Driveurway Automotive. This is a founding team role reporting directly to the Founder, ideal for someone smart, driven, and excellent at communication.

What you'll do:

• Call and guide technicians who have submitted the onboarding form, clearly explaining how the DriveUrWay platform and onboarding process works

• Support technicians end-to-end until their onboarding is fully completed

• Follow up proactively with technicians to resolve any issues or roadblocks during onboarding

• Convince and motivate technicians to recharge their wallet to start receiving leads

• Monitor the technician dashboard regularly, track activity, and flag any issues or anomalies to the founder

• Build strong relationships with technicians to ensure high satisfaction and retention on the platform

What we're looking for:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada/Hindi/English

• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with target-driven follow-ups

• Basic comfort with using dashboards/apps to track data

• Self-starter mindset — this is a founding team position with high ownership and direct visibility to the founder

• Prior telecalling/BPO/sales experience is a plus, but attitude and communication matter more
