Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift: Day Shift

Job Summary

Dr Awish Dermacare Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to connect with potential clients, explain aesthetic and dermatology services, and convert leads into bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over calls.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Sales

• Call potential and existing clients to inform them about clinic services and offers

• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, social media, and other sources

• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or service bookings

Customer Engagement

• Clearly explain clinic treatments, services, and benefits to clients

• Address customer queries and provide accurate information

• Maintain a professional and patient-friendly communication style

Sales Growth

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Encourage cross-selling and up-selling of relevant services

• Maintain proper call records and update lead status in the system

Coordination

• Coordinate with clinic staff and front desk for appointment scheduling

• Ensure smooth communication between clients and clinic teams

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Prior telesales or telecalling experience is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads

• Basic computer knowledge
