Position: B2B Sales Executive

Identify, generate, and convert new B2B leads into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the technical and service team for customer support.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events for lead generation.
Proven experience in B2B sales / industrial machinery sales (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Ability to travel for client meetings when required.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office,).
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
