About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Telecaller. In this full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a crucial part in our business development strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers, introduce them to our cutting-edge technology solutions, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. This position is vital to expanding our client base and driving company growth, offering a direct path to see your impact on our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.

• Clearly and persuasively articulate the value and benefits of our custom software solutions.

• Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding client needs and requirements.

• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations between prospective clients and the sales team.

• Maintain and update a database of client information and record all call interactions.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a sales, telemarketing, or similar role.

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

• A persuasive, confident, and professional phone manner.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet targets.

• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.

• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software is a plus.
