About the Role

We are looking for a target-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, assisting eligible salaried customers with the loan process, and achieving monthly sales/disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to personal loan requirements.

- Generate, follow up, and convert leads into successful loan applications.

- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations and KYC teams for smooth processing and disbursement.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/disbursement targets.

- Update customer details, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM.

- Maintain high-quality customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in NBFC, Banking, Fintech, Personal Loans or Financial Services.

- Strong communication and convincing skills.

- Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Good command of Hindi and English.
