We Are Hiring – Telecaller

Ghanshyam Ayurveda is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly Telecaller to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outgoing calls to customers and follow up with leads.

• Explain company services and products to customers.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally.

• Maintain customer details and call records.

• Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments when required.

• Coordinate with the team for customer-related queries.

• Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.

• Confident and polite while speaking with customers.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good convincing and follow-up skills.

• Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
