📞 Core Responsibilities of a Telecaller

1. Making Outbound Calls

• Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services

• Generate leads and sales through cold calling or follow-ups

2. Handling Inbound Calls

• Answer customer queries regarding products, pricing, offers, or services

• Provide accurate information and resolve doubts

3. Lead Generation & Conversion

• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services

• Convert leads into successful sales

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain good relationships with customers

• Follow up with interested clients and maintain engagement

5. Data Management

• Update customer details in CRM or Excel sheets

• Maintain records of calls, feedback, and sales

6. Achieving Targets

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets

• Work towards revenue goals set by the company

7. Handling Complaints

• Listen to customer issues patiently

• Provide solutions or escalate to the concerned department

8. Product Knowledge

• Stay updated about company products, services, and offers

• Explain features and benefits clearly to customers

9. Coordination with Teams

• Work with sales, marketing, and support teams for better customer service

• Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional language like Bengali)

• Persuasion and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Patience and positive attitude
