Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to o prospective clients, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement. Key Responsibilites: Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors from the provided database or leads. Explain property features, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly. Maintain a follow-up schedule and update call reports regularly. Book appointments and site visits for interested clients. Answer inbound queries from potentional clients courteously and informalvely. Build and maintain a strong client relationship through consistent communication. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are converted effectively. Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the CRM system. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of real estate terminology is an advantage. Good computer and typing skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred
