Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/parents, explaining our educational products, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads

• Explain courses, programs, and learning solutions offered by the company

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses

• Follow up with interested candidates and close admissions

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM

• Handle inbound queries related to courses, pricing, and batches

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and enrollment targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Telecaller / Counsellor / Sales Executive (preferably in EdTech)

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Good command over English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)

• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
