Process: Inbound Sales – Healthcare Segment

Product: Ayurveda

Compensation: Fixed Salary upto 15k+ Attractive Incentives

Location : Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune.

Role Overview

As a Health Counsellor, you will handle inbound customer calls, understand their health concerns, and guide them toward the right Ayurvedic solutions. Your communication and convincing skills will directly impact customer satisfaction and sales success.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Handle inbound & outbound sales calls

✔ Counsel customers on suitable Ayurvedic healthcare products

✔ Convert inbound leads into successful sales

✔ Maintain accurate customer and order records

✔ Update CRM/Dashboard with call details and follow-ups

✔ Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business

✔ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

🗣 Language Requirements

Marathi – Fluent

Hindi & English – Speaking mandatory

Candidate Profile

✔ Strong communication & convincing skills

✔ Experience in telesales / inbound sales / healthcare sales (preferred)

✔ Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

✔ Basic CRM knowledge is an added advantage
