Job Description: Female Telecaller / Call Center Executive

  • Position Name: Female Telecaller / Customer Service Representative

  • Work Location: Work from Office / Work from Home (You can choose)

  • Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹12,000 (Incentives + Mobile recharge extra)

  • Office time : 10 am to 6pm.

  • Location : Mangalwar Peth, Jath

Responsibilities :

  • Making daily phone calls on leads/numbers provided by the company

  • Communicating with customers politely, courteously, and confidently

  • Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate information

  • Maintaining proper records of daily calls

  • Following up with customers to convert them into service users

  • Sharing regular updates with the team

  • Completing work according to the given targets

Eligibility :

  • Female candidates

  • Age: 18 to 55 years

  • Minimum 10th / 12th pass / Graduate

  • Good command of the Marathi language
