We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell corporate T-shirts to businesses. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into orders through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective corporate clients
Generate and qualify leads for corporate T-shirt requirements
Pitch products and explain features, pricing, and customization options
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales / telemarketing (preferred in apparel or B2B sales)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Ability to handle objections and close sales
Target-driven and self-motivated
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Diploma
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
